Go to...

C:\Users\....\Documents\BFBC2\Settings.ini

Change to this value

DxVersion= 9

Then Save.
OPTIONAL/RECOMMENDED
Start game and find desired settings. When done open settings.ini again.

Change to this value 

RenderAheadLimit=5

Should improve draw distance issues. If performance becomes tight then reduce to 4 or 3.

Change FOV= Value to what you want [I use 80]
